Brand Identity · National Montessori Conference
Overview
The Brief
Prakṛti, from Sanskrit, encompasses the interconnectivity of all things, all cosmic tasks, and the nurturing of every child's innermost potential. Designed for the 6th National Montessori Conference, this brand traces every design decision back to neuroscience: the logo maps the neural nodes active during the creative process, plotted mathematically. The crayon textures speak to children. The earth tones root the work in nature.
The Mark
Each node in the mark represents one of those centres. Each line is a mathematically-plotted connection between them - tracing the exact patterns observed in the data (note below). The result is a mark that is simultaneously scientific and deeply human.

Colour System
Forest and soil and parchment. The palette is drawn entirely from the natural world. It's to feel like something found, not designed.
Typography
Tenor Sans brings the structural elegance of a conference: clean, authoritative, timeless. Tajawal grounds it in warmth and readability. Together they hold the delicate balance between the child, the environment, and the cosmic task at hand.
Posters
From an animated interactive digital brochure (built for scroll, touch and curiosity) to large-format static registration posters. The brand moved at every scale without losing its warmth.
Social Media
A suite of Instagram posts designed for the conference: announcements, speaker spotlights, stall bookings, contact information. The constellation and earth palette held together across every format.
Identity Badges
Ten badge variants: Volunteer, Sponsor, Trustee, Staff, Speaker, Chief Guest, Delegate and more. Every role got its own colour treatment within the brand system, so the room itself became a living map of who was there.
Bookmarks
Handout bookmarks for conference attendees and for publicity pre-event - two styles, front and back. One side in botanical crayon illustration, speaking to children. The other in clean brand type, with the conference details and a map to Bengaluru. Things people would actually want to hold onto.
“Shhh... do you hear that potential?”
Web
A dedicated conference page on the Indian Montessori Foundation website: What?, Where?, Register Here. The brand carried through cleanly into a digital format, balancing the IMF's existing site language with Prakṛti's visual warmth.
